Long jump practice
The kids at Eliana’s school had Field Day today and one of the competitions was the long jump.
Eliana was not pleased with her performance so she wanted to practice.

On the way home from church tonight, Eliana said she was going to join the army when she graduates high school.

The first time
Zane took drivers ed back in the summer but the instructor would not sign him up for the actual “driving” portion until he got his eyes checked. He already wears glasses but I guess his vision has worsened.
I took him on October 17 for the eye exam and the kiddos and I finally went to pick up his new lens today.
Procrastinate much?
So on the way home, I said that I would email his drivers ed instructor to let her know.
To which Eliana commented, “When Zane drives us for the first time, I’m wearing a padded football uniform!”

Hot and cold
You can definitely see a big difference between our two girls.
It’s a little chilly out as the sun starts to go down and Eliana is in short sleeves while Karys is dressed for snow.
