So How Do I Really Feel?
The bad news is that we must both read the book and complete a questionnaire. A test, as it were, to be mailed in when finished.
The good news is that we have 90 days to do it.
It's not that I'm opposed to reading. I read every day and, to be honest, I'm quite good at it. But to someone for whom reading is not a hobby, there's a big difference between reading by choice and reading because I have to. So how do I really feel?
UGH!
But I'll get over it. Such a small price to pay for Eliana's baby sister.

I looked at the Attachment in Adoption book, then went to the CWA website. I read the stories of the different adoptive familes. Their stories were very touching. Some reminded me of the emails we received from you when you and Carmi were in China. Had Paige lived longer we might have done this very thing. My heart always went out to orphaned children and I always wanted to pull them all into my arms and protect them.
