Our Great (Wall) adventure

Doug - Bless Your Heart - really and truly! Amazing phots. I almost held my breath as you all walked up and down those steps. If I EVER go there I’m going to start hiking WEEKS IN ADVANCE!!  When you asked Karys if she wanted to go further, I was saying, “No!” As you all went back down the steps I was saying, “Be careful!” Like you could hear me, yeah. I hope you rested for the remainder of the day.

Well I’m a’huffin’ and a’puffin’ just WATCHING y’all do those steps!  Good grief!!  I loved when you called out “Karys” and she looked.  Whether she knew it as her name ... or whether she knew it as her Daddy’s voice ... either one makes me happy.  Love to all.

WOW!  Ya’ll are brave!  And I don’t mean the steep steps… but tackling the wall with two little ones!  : ) Great video.  We did Badaling and it was a great first experience but super-duper crowded!!!!  I just created a video of our Great Wall experience (a whole year later) and can’t get over how packed it was!  I love where you went.  Weird to hear the car horns in the back ground.  LOL

So what does Eliana think about China?  You all look great.  My favorite part of today’s video was when Doug called out to Karys and she looked up and Carmi gave her a kiss.  So sweet!  Congrats again!

Omigoodness!  It makes my back hurt just to think about all those steps I saw you guys taking on the Great Wall.  What an experience!
Only 5 more days...or is it 4?  This difference in time keeps me all confused!
